Terms and Conditions of Annual Membership Subscription
- Membership Eligibility: Membership in the International Association for Algorithmic Auditing (IAAA) is open to individuals interested in and working in the field of algorithmic auditing. By subscribing to the annual membership, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria as outlined by the IAAA.
- Subscription Period: Your annual membership subscription will be valid for one year from the date of payment.
- Membership Benefits: As a member of the IAAA, you will have access to exclusive benefits, including networking opportunities, research resources, workshops, and discounts on events. Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the IAAA.
- Subscription Fees: The subscription fee for annual membership is 375€ for Professional Members and Affiliated Professional Members, and 100€ for Academic Members and Governmental and Nonprofit Members. Payment must be made in full at the time of subscription and is non-refundable.
- Membership Renewal: Your membership subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you choose to cancel. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time by contacting the IAAA. However, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Data Privacy: The IAAA is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. By subscribing to an annual membership, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: The IAAA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the IAAA website.
